We accept returns for ANY reason, including change of mind.

1. General Return Policy

COMSFIT accepts returns and refunds for ANY reason, including but not limited to:

·         Change of mind

·         No longer needed

·         Ordered by mistake

·         Defective or malfunctioning items

·         Damaged during shipping

·         Wrong or missing items

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:

·         Unused and in original condition

·         In original packaging

·         All accessories, parts, manuals, and free gifts (if any) included

·         Not damaged by customer misuse

·         Not altered, disassembled, or repaired by a third party

2. Return Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns for ANY reason, including:

3.1 Change of Mind / No Longer Needed

·         The product is no longer wanted

·         The product does not meet personal expectations

·         Ordered by mistake

3.2 Defective or Malfunctioning Items

·         Product does not function properly under normal use

·         Issue is not caused by customer misuse

3.3 Wrong or Missing Items

·         Incorrect product or version delivered

·         Missing accessories listed on the product page

3.4 Damaged During Shipping

·         Product arrived broken, dented, or damaged

·         Proof required (see Section 7)

4. Non-Returnable & Abuse Prevention Policy

To protect all customers and prevent abuse, returns or refunds may be rejected if:

·         The product shows signs of use

·         The product is damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling

·         The product is missing accessories, manuals, original packaging, or security seals

·         The product has been modified, disassembled, or repaired by a third party

·         The return request is submitted after 30 days

·         The return reason is inconsistent with the product’s actual condition

·         Excessive or repeated return activity is detected from the same customer account, address, or payment method

·         Fraudulent behavior or false claims are suspected

COMSFIT reserves the right to refuse service or limit future orders from accounts engaging in abusive return behavior.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective item, wrong item, or missing parts:
→ COMSFIT will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, ordered by mistake, no longer needed):
→ The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or confirmed as COMSFIT’s fault.

International return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Options

After inspection, COMSFIT may offer:

·         A replacement product

·         A partial refund

·         A full refund

The final resolution depends on inspection results and the condition of the returned item.

7. Required Proof for Returns

To process your return, please provide:

7.1 Required Information

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email or phone used for purchase
  • Clear description of the return reason

7.2 Photos / Videos (If Applicable)

  • Defective items: video clearly showing the issue
  • Shipping damage: photos of the outer box + shipping label + damaged product
  • Missing or wrong items: photos of all items received

An unboxing video is strongly recommended to speed up verification.

Step 2: COMSFIT Review
We will respond within 24–48 business hours with:

  • Approval or rejection

Please pack the item securely and include all accessories.

Step 4: Inspection
Returned items will be inspected within 2–5 business days after receipt.

9. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank or payment providers may require additional processing time

10. Rejected Returns

If a returned item:

  • Shows signs of use
  •  Is missing accessories or packaging
  • Is damaged due to poor return packaging
  • Does not match the original order
  • Is linked to abusive or fraudulent behavior

COMSFIT may:

  • Reject the refund
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Send the item back to the customer (return shipping fee may apply)
